Kayla Gallagher is a multidisciplinary designer with a background spanning theatre, film, themed entertainment, and event design.

After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Kayla has since contributed to an impressive range of creative projects. Her fabrication work can be seen in Disney’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission BREAKOUT!, Peter Pan’s Flight, and Star Wars aboard Disney Cruise Line. As a Designer, she’s brought cinematic worlds to life, including I’ll Be Back (2025), A Night In (2025), Ruth (2021), and Black (2019), winner of Best Student Short, Best Producer, Best Cinematography, and Best Production Design at the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival. Kayla is currently working on a feature film, Good Samaritan, to begin production in Fall 2025.

Beyond the screen, Kayla works as a freelance graphic designer, crafting visual identities, logos, and merchandise for clients such as Lupine Productions, EMA Film, and Chantelle Designs. Her talents also extend to illustration and concept art, one of her game design concepts receiving a grant for development in early 2025.

Driven by creativity and passion, Kayla brings enthusiasm, originality, and heart to every project. She views art as a form of communication, connection, and a way of life, values she strives to infuse into all her collaborations.

When she’s not designing, Kayla enjoys model making, painting, spoiling her cat Maisy, and exploring the world—Japan being her dream destination.
